Best in town if you care about the world we live in. Run by real people, properly looked after place with attention to detail, and you can communicate properly with the business in a world where everything in this world is going big corporate and it’s harder and harder to get any kind of support. Other local places just tried to sell me space with some kind of crazy deal on the first month but didn’t have any real information. I had to get a refund on the other place we tried first cause it wouldn’t work for us but the sales team had no idea and simply lied to us. Not the case at Big 10, Rose got back to me with real info and was helpful every step of the way with my unique requests and situation. The only problem I foresee is that if this place gets all rented out, I won’t be able to return the next time I need space in the area and I’m not sure what else I would do because places like this are getting harder and harder to find these days. Thanks again!
